I. Why Do We Acquire Data?
We acquire data in our database so that applicants, who come into consideration for current or future positions in the Wünsche Group, can be curated, assigned and contacted more efficiently. Even if you were not considered for a position for which you have applied, we will still have your information in order to contact you if new openings come up. A usage beyond this or a transfer of your data to third parties is not going to happen.
II. Which Information Will Be Acquired?
We acquire different kinds of information:
a) Personal Data
The following personal data will be acquired:
a) contact information, which identifies you, e.g. name, address, phone number and email address
b) data concerning your training and professional background, salary information
c) additional documents (such as cover letter, reports, etc.). We ensure the compliance with the regulations of the AGG (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz – General Equal Treatment Act).
b) Statistical Data
The mentioned data can be used to create internal statistics. The statistical data will be edited in an anonymized form that will not permit to draw conclusions about the identity of a specific applicant.
c) File Attachments
Please make sure to not send us data with any viruses or “worms”. Furthermore, please make sure that you do not send us any information or data that includes any kind of personal data (especially information on ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical belief, union membership, health, or sexual orientation).
The information you are transmitting have to be true and must not infringe trademark law, copyright and related rights of intellectual property, the press law, the general rights of third parties or ethical principles (“illegal content”). Please also make sure that you will recoup us against all claims that could come up due to file attachments with illegal content sent by you.
